The recent enhancement in the Outlook Add-in now allows you to view all records linked not only to the specific contact in an email but also to their associated company or household. This improvement ensures comprehensive visibility into relevant opportunities and cases for more informed decision-making and effective email management.
Bulk email auto-saving (Coming Soon)
The new feature in the Maximizer web app allows users to enable Outlook email auto-saving for multiple contacts simultaneously.
Imagine being able to select up to 5,000 contacts from your Address Book or Contact List and subscribing them to email auto-saving with just one click. This transformative capability eliminates the tedious task of configuring auto-save settings for each contact individually, significantly enhancing efficiency and ensuring comprehensive logging of client communications.
Now you can focus more on building relationships and less time on administrative tasks, ultimately driving better business outcomes.
*If the subscription limit is reached, you’ll receive a warning with guidance on how to manage your existing list. Subscriptions enabled in bulk are reflected in both the Outlook Add-in (auto-save toggle ON for corresponding contacts) and the Email Sync Configuration page, where you can review and adjust as needed.
Early Access: Plug & Play Integration for iAPW
We’re thrilled to announce the early access release of our new Plug & Play integration for iAPW!
This powerful integration allows iAPW advisors to seamlessly synchronize client and account data from your back-office (AX360) directly into Maximizer. With Plug & Play, your CRM stays up-to-date with the latest information, empowering you to provide responsive, informed service for your clients.

Getting Started
If you’re participating, please be sure you’ve completed your onboarding forms, including signing the Data Processing Agreement and sending in your Onboarding Form. Your credentials for the integration will be provided once your enrollment is complete.

Maximizer CRM:
- Installation and configuration require administrator access.
- Admin access to the Maximizer account and the user/administrator must possess the following rights:
- The permissions to create and update users and groups
- The permissions to create and update user-defined field setup.

Plug & Play/iAPW:
- Credentials are issued per advisory team for secure access.
- Data provided to Maximizer will depend on which Rep Codes you have included in the DPA and Onboarding forms in Wealthlink.

- Note: The integration is one-way only; updates in Maximizer do NOT flow back to iAPW/AX360.
Just as any other integration, the fields coming from one platform might have a different name in Maximizer. We’ll sync 2 main data objects: Clients and Accounts

How Does it Work

One-Way Data Sync:
- Data is continuously or periodically (based on your configuration) pulled from Plug & Play (iAPW AX360) and written into Maximizer.
- The sync happens every day at 4:00am ET.
- Maximizer is updated automatically, eliminating the need for manual data uploads.

Primary Source of Truth:
- Plug & Play remains your firm’s master database.
- Maximizer reflects the exact, most recent information as it appears in AX360.

Error Handling:
- All data modifications will be printed in the “Audit Log”. Only admins have access to this.

- For technical issues in your CRM, reach out to your Maximizer account manager or contact support@maximizer.com
- For onboarding/certificate issues, coordinate with iAPW IT and Lydia.
- If you would like to include more fields in the integration, please let Lydia know by sending an email to her, she will follow up internally to add those fields, then we will add them in Maximizer.
