Advisors and teams benefit from improved efficiency, better data quality, and stronger compliance support.
New Features
AI-Powered Contact Prefill in Outlook
Edition: All
Area: Outlook
What’s new
AI-powered contact detail prefill is now available in the Outlook add-in, automatically extracting and populating contact information from email signatures when creating new entries. This capability is controlled through a new Outlook-specific AI toggle in the AI Hub, giving administrators centralized control over its availability. The feature is disabled by default and must be enabled by an Admin.
Why it matters
This reduces manual data entry and improves data accuracy by capturing contact details directly from email signatures. Admin-level control ensures AI capabilities are introduced in a governed and intentional way.
How it works
- Ensure the Outlook AI card is active in the AI Hub (contact your CRM administrator if not)
- Toggle ON the AI capabilities in Maximizer CRM for Outlook
- In Maximizer CRM for Outlook, create a new contact from an email—contact details are automatically prefilled from the email signature
Improvements
Automatic Saving for Outgoing Emails in Outlook
Edition: All
Area: Outlook
What has changed
The Email Save on Send capability in the Outlook add-in has been improved to reliably capture outgoing emails. Emails sent from Outlook are now consistently and accurately saved to Maximizer when the feature is enabled. Users can manage this behavior through Preferences in the Outlook add-in.
Why it matters
This ensures a complete and reliable record of client communications, supporting compliance requirements and eliminating the risk of missed email logging.
How it works
- Open the “Maximizer CRM for Outlook” add-in and ensure you have the Email Sync installed and enabled
- In the top-right menu, go to Preferences
- Turn off the “Use manual save for outgoing emails” option to enable automatic saving
- You will see a 'Save on send' toggle on the main screen. Turn in ON
- Compose and send emails as usual—outgoing messages will be automatically saved across all future emails unless you toggle the capability OFF
Quick Search – Search by User-Defined Fields
Edition: All
Area: Web
What has changed
Quick Search now supports searching entries using user-defined fields. Users can enter a prefix (“udf:” or “cf:”) followed by a value to search across all configured fields. This applies to Address Book, Opportunities, Customer Service, and Leads.
Why it matters
This makes it easier to locate records based on custom data, improving speed and flexibility when working with tailored CRM setups.
How it works
- Open Quick Search
- Enter “udf:” or “cf:” followed by the value you want to search
- View matching entries returned across supported modules
