Append email signature when applying a template

Applying an email template no longer replaces your email signature.
Why it matters
You can maintain a single up-to-date signature without editing every template.
How it works
Open the email compose dialog
Click Template and select a template
Click Properties
Enable “Add signature to the end of message when the template is retrieved”
Note: Your email signature must be configured under Preferences → Advanced Settings → Email.
Maximizer CRM for Outlook – Now available in French

The Outlook add-in is now fully localized in French, including labels, buttons, and system text.
Why it matters
French-first users can work more intuitively and reduce the risk of errors by using the add-in in their preferred language.
How it works
The add-in automatically follows your Outlook language settings:
Open Settings (gear icon) or File → Settings
Go to General → Language and time
Select Français and save
Maximizer CRM for Outlook – Sync all recognized emails

You can now choose whether Outlook Email Sync:
Automatically saves emails for all recognized Contacts and Leads, or
Saves emails only for records you explicitly subscribe to

How it works
Go to Data Sync Preferences → Email
Select Automatically subscribe to all Contacts and Leads
In the Outlook add-in, Email Auto-save is going to be ON and locked for all recognized records
Maximizer CRM for Outlook — Email Sync is now instant for outgoing emails

How it works
Start an import and go to Field Mapping
In a mapping dropdown, select Create new field
Define the field and click Save
The field is created and auto-selected for mapping
Mobile – Quick access to Scan Card

Scan Card is now accessible directly from the main mobile menu.

How it works
Open the app
Go to Menu → Scan Card
Accept the one-time acknowledgment
