Enhanced Convenience – Easily Switch Between Grid View and Kanban Board in Opportunities and Customer Service Modules
We've streamlined things to make them easier for you! Instead of having separate modules for Opportunities and Opps Viewer, we've combined them into a single Opportunities module. Now, you can easily switch between two views: a grid view and a Kanban board, all in one place. Just keep in mind that the buttons for switching views are on the right side of the screen.
It's important to note that the information shown in each view might be different. For instance, the grid view could display entries from a Favorite List, while the Kanban board shows opportunities based on a specific process you've selected.
The same change applies to Customer Service. The Cases module - which displayed a Kanban board for cases - has been merged into the Customer Service module. Use the view switch to toggle between grid view and Kanban board.
Maximizer Mobile – Enhanced Business Card Scanning with Smart Capture
We’ve expanded the existing Business Card Scanning capability into a more powerful Smart Capture feature, making it easier than ever to bring information into Maximizer.
With Smart Capture, you can do more than just create new leads or contacts from business cards — you can also create CRM notes from any image you take. Whether it’s a handwritten note, a printed document, or a datasheet, simply snap a picture or upload an image and let AI convert it into editable text. You can review, edit, and save the note directly to a contact or lead without leaving the app.
Smart Capture makes it effortless to:
Capture handwritten notes or meeting takeaways on the go
Save information from printed materials, business cards, or forms
Automatically recognize contact details and create new leads or contacts
Availability:
Smart Capture is available to Cloud Maximizer users on version 2025.9 or above, once enabled by an Administrator through the AI Hub in the web application.
Clients on earlier Cloud versions or on-premise setups can continue using Note Capture, which uses the device’s native image-to-text capability (no AI required).
This separation ensures full data control and security while providing a seamless capture experience for all users.
Maximizer CRM for Outlook – Save time with bulk email auto-saving
Now, you can easily auto-save Outlook emails for multiple contacts at once using the Maximizer web app. This means you can quickly update client communications without having to enable auto-save for each contact individually. Just select up to 5,000 contacts in your Address Book, and you can turn on email auto-saving for all of them with one click. This makes it much faster to keep your communications logged.
*If you hit the subscription limit, you’ll get a friendly reminder with tips on managing your list. These bulk subscriptions will also show up in your Outlook Add-in, where the auto-save will be toggled on for those contacts, and on the Email Sync Configuration page, where you can make any adjustments.
Maximizer CRM for Outlook – Save outgoing email to the right client records even when they’re not on the message
You can now easily save outgoing email conversations to any relevant contact or household in Maximizer, even if those clients aren't on the email. This is particularly useful for financial advisors and sales professionals who frequently discuss client matters with team members or partners. This feature ensures that all these important conversations are documented correctly, helping you stay compliant and keeping a complete history of each client. You can add extra recipients from Maximizer, decide which sections (To/Cc/Bcc) to save, or choose "Only save to" to log the email without adding it to the recipients' list. This helps keep your records neat, reduces missing information, and strengthens your communication history for better business management.

In the Address Book Details tab, phone number and email address labels now appear on the left.
Maximizer CRM for Outlook - New Cases, Opportunities and Tasks prepopulated with the email subject
You can create cases, opportunities, and tasks faster with context being preserved automatically. When you launch a new record from an open email, Maximizer automatically prepopulates the Title (for Cases and Opportunities) or Activity (for Tasks) with the email’s subject, helping you capture intent instantly without retyping. This reduces friction for busy financial professionals who frequently convert client conversations into follow-ups, service requests, or sales opportunities. Subject prefixes like “Re:” and “Fwd:” are cleaned automatically, and if the subject is blank, fields remain empty for full user control. The result: cleaner records, less manual work, and better context carried into every workflow.
