Completed Teams calls and meetings are automatically logged in Maximizer as interactions, including participants, duration, and timestamps, ensuring your team never loses critical client history. Meeting transcripts, when generated, are saved directly to the client record in Maximizer, making it easy to reference key points or prove compliance in audits.

Maximizer CRM for Outlook
New "Save Now" Feature
You can now instantly save an email to Maximizer before sending it. In your Outlook Preferences, you’ll find a new option that enables this capability.
Once turned on, a "Save Now" button will appear when you compose a new email. Clicking it allows you to immediately save the email in its current state to your chosen Maximizer records.
Ensure all key communications are logged into your CRM for future reference and compliance.
Save email to any Maximizer Opportunity or Case
Maximizer CRM for Outlook now gives you greater precision when saving emails. You can search for the exact Opportunity or Case by Address Book entry name, subject, or description – and save the email directly to that record.
Preserve Default Email Properties by Entry Type
For users who have enabled Advanced Email Properties in Maximizer CRM for Outlook, saving emails is now smarter and more consistent. Default email properties, such as access rights, are automatically applied based on your company’s configuration for each entry type.
Smart Capture for Quick Note Creation
You can now turn photos into CRM notes instantly with Smart Capture in the Maximizer mobile app. Whether it’s a handwritten note, a datasheet, or any printed document, simply capture or upload an image and let AI/OCR technology transcribe the text for you. Review, edit, and save the note directly to an existing contact or lead – all without leaving the app.
This makes it easier than ever to:
- Capture meeting notes on the go.
- Save important details from documents or profiles.
- Keep all client information organized in Maximizer.
If contact details are detected, you’ll also have the option to create a new lead or address book entry.
Note: To capture information from a paper or image source and link it to a Maximizer record, the record must already exist in your Address Book or Leads. If it doesn’t, you can easily create one by clicking the green + button in the Address Book or Leads tab. From there, you can either enter the details manually or speed up data entry by scanning a business card, taking a photo of a LinkedIn profile, or importing an image from your gallery.
