Easily find upcoming birthdays for your Leads to send them a birthday card. When performing an Advanced Search in Leads for their Birthday, you can now choose Ignore Year:

Recap and Follow up:
After a meeting, a quick recap and follow up checklist will be displayed in Today’s business screen to help users complete after meeting tasks while on the move. Tapping the meeting opens the appointment screen and displays an action panel. Tap outside the panel to close it and view the meeting details.
The options available are:
- Add a note - Meeting information is automatically added to the note. You can type content or use voice-to-note function.
- Add task - A simplified Add Task screen appears for quick task creation. For access to all fields, tap the "Show More Fields" button.
- Add Appointment - Opens a simplified Add Appointment screen for quick scheduling. Meeting details like attendees and related opportunities or cases are automatically copied. For access to all fields, tap the "Show More Fields" button.
Completed tasks are marked with checkmarks. You can close the panel and return later to see which tasks are finished and which remain.
For meetings involving Opportunities / Accounts or Cases / Service Plans, you'll see buttons to update these records. For example, if a meeting involves an Opportunity / Account, you can update the close date, or the expected revenue based on the discussion in the meeting.
Once you've completed all required tasks, tap the "I am done" button to close the panel. When you return to the Today's Business screen, a checkmark will indicate that you've completed the after-meeting workflow.
Note that you can tap the "I am done" button at any time. You don't always need to complete every task. For instance, if you don't know when the follow-up meeting will be scheduled, you can skip the Add Appointment step and tap "I am done" to complete the process.
UI Polishing in Appointment and Task Screen:
The Appointment screen's interface indicates that the associated entries, Opportunities / Accounts and Customer Service Cases / Client Service Plans are tappable for viewing details. Frequently used fields have moved to the top, while lesser used fields appear at the bottom. In the Task screen the ignore conflict checking option is hidden until a conflict arises during the task saving.

Voice to Text for notes:
Use the voice to text function to enter notes by simply tapping the microphone button and speaking. Your voice will be automatically converted to text.
Improved appointment email:
New location for the email button in the Appointment screen. It has been moved to the header bar to send emails quickly to meeting attendees. Tapping the email button opens the email compose dialog. Email signature is automatically added, and attendees are added to the Bcc field.
Simplified login experience:
Users who log in to the Mobile App will now be able to have their User ID automatically populated based on their email address.

Capture WhatsApp messages via Timelines AI integration
- Real-Time Conversation Sync – WhatsApp messages from Timelines AI are automatically logged as interactions in Maximizer under the relevant Contact or Lead, giving your team a complete, up-to-date view of customer communication.
- Smart Contact Matching – Contacts are matched by phone number, with name verification for duplicates. If no match is found, a new Lead is created—ensuring no interaction is missed.
- Structured Interaction Logs – Each log includes direction (incoming/outgoing), timestamp, sender, message content, and a direct link to view the full conversation in Timelines AI.
- Automatic Attachment Storage –Files shared via WhatsApp are saved as individual documents in Maximizer, with a "WhatsApp_" prefix to clearly indicate their source.
Enhancements & Improvements to Address Book / Contact List Details Tab:
Selected Territory can now be saved.
In previous versions the selected Territory could not be saved.
Support for Characters in phone fields.
In previous versions if you turned off auto format phone numbers based on your locale option to enter characters in phone fields you were not able to. Now you can enter characters in phone fields.
Copy values from Company / Individual / Household to Contact.
The following field values are now copied to a new contact record: Department, Division, All phone numbers, Website, Full and Read access.
Change in the tab order for Address Book / Contact List Details tab to City > St/Prov > Zip > Country.

Users who have been inactive for more than 60 days will see a notification screen informing them of their access being temporarily paused due to inactivity. Access to their saved dashboards, reports and configurations is granted once again when the Resume Access button is pressed.
Re-enablement Process:
- We provided a clickable link on the deprovisioning screen that initiates the re-enablement process.
- After the user clicks on the button, the user will be re-activated and will be given access again to the dashboards.
