Managing addresses

We've revolutionized the way you manage alternate addresses, making it easier than ever to find and assign locations for companies with multiple addresses.

Focused Viewing: Only see the selected address in the new Details tab—no more sifting through endless entries!
Smart Search: Effortlessly manage other addresses via a convenient, searchable pop-up window.
Simplified Entry: When adding a new company or individual, just input the Main address and you're set!

These enhancements are designed to boost your productivity and provide a smoother, more efficient address management experience. Dive in today and experience the difference! 🌐🔍✨

As you type in the Address 1 field, matching address suggestions will appear. Selecting a suggested address automatically fills in all address fields and saves the geolocation code, which is used to pin the location on the map.

Note: manually typed addresses won't include a geolocation code.

After saving the company or individual entry, you can add more addresses by clicking the Manage Addresses button when you reopen it.

For new contacts, the parent company or individual's selected address is used as the default. You can either create a new address or select an existing one for a contact.

The Manage Addresses button opens a pop-up window where you can create, edit, and delete alternate addresses. The Main address cannot be deleted.

You can search addresses by address fields.

The icons for editing email opt-in information and selecting the default email address have been changed.

How to Use:

In a trial site, when a new user logs in, a welcome pop-up will appear. Clicking the Continue button will open the drop-down menu for onboarding tasks. Each time a task is completed, it will be marked with a checkmark.

Onboarding Steps include:

Upload profile picture - Upload a profile picture to use as your avatar.

Create an opportunity - Learn how to create an opportunity by filling out the required fields.

Setup the Maximizer Outlook extension - Visit the App Directory to install the Maximizer AI CRM Outlook integration. This integration allows you to view Maximizer entry details and save emails directly to Maximizer records.

Install the Maximizer mobile app - Install the Maximizer mobile app to quickly add contacts or leads by scanning business cards or LinkedIn profiles. Simply scan a QR code to begin installation.

Invite team members - You can invite up to 5 users to try the product. Simply enter the required information. An email will be sent to the invited team members for them to create a password and login.

Import your data- Upload your data files and our Maximizer support team will handle the import process, notifying you upon completion. You can import different types of data including contacts, leads, opportunities and cases using separate files.

How to Use:

To invite new users, click the "Invite Users" button under the profile menu. You must be an administrator to invite new users.

In the Invite New Users dialog, you can invite up to 5 trial users, who won't consume paid licenses.

To create a new user, specify the license type and enter their first name, last name, email address, and user ID. The email address must be in the same domain as existing users.

An onboarding email will be sent to the new user. Once they create a password and log in, their status in the dialog will change from "Pending" to "Accepted." Click the "View All Users" button to see all invited users.

Integrations - Power Automate

Maximizer’s integration with Microsoft Power Automate helps you automate repetitive tasks, sync leads and contacts between Maximizer and Microsoft apps, and streamline workflows. Easily notify your team when new leads are added, appointments are created or canceled, and more. With this integration, sales teams can eliminate manual tasks and focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.

Highighlights

Create or update records in Maximizer based on new external events, i.e. create Address Book entries with notes in Maximizer when new appointments are scheduled in Bookings.
Sync key details like appointment information, notes, and contact data between apps, i.e. generate Leads in Maximizer from new Forms submissions.
Create tasks and send notifications to keep the team up to speed, i.e. automatically create tasks in Maximizer and send Teams notifications when Opportunity moves to a specific stage.
