Maximizer Cloud 2024.3 Release Notes
Base
Leads module - Send a group email to leads
You may have numerous leads coming in each day, and the first touchpoint is always an email. To respond promptly and increase the chances of a conversation, you need to select multiple leads and send them an email at once. During the lead qualification process, it may become necessary to nurture certain leads. In such cases, you need to select those leads and send them an email with more information.
Now you can select multiple leads and use the email compose dialog to send emails to all of them. The Email button has been added to the header bar in the Leads module. Clicking this button will open the email compose dialog.
In the email compose dialog, you can insert fields for leads into the message. You can also select a pre-built email template.
Note that if some of the selected leads do not have an email address, they will be skipped during the process. In this version, the unsubscribe function is not available. It will be included in a future release.
Import - Allow sharing of import templates
As an administrator, you want to create and share import templates with other users. This will streamline recurring imports and reduce errors related to import settings and field mapping.
Import templates now have full and read access rights. This allows the templates to be shared with the other users.
Clicking the Edit button will open the dialog for editing the properties of an import template. You can edit the name of the template, as well as the full and read access rights.
Tasks module - Global edit tasks
If you have many tasks and cannot finish them on time, consider reassigning some of the low-priority tasks to your assistant. You can now select tasks, set their priority, and delegate them to another user using Global Edit.
The Global Edit button is available in the toolbar when tasks are selected. Clicking this button will open the standard Global Edit dialog box.
In the Global Edit dialog, you can select the task fields including Assigned to, Category, Result and Priority.
Note that you cannot create notes when global editing tasks. The note-related fields are disabled.
Tasks module - Displays the number of tasks
The number of tasks and the number of the selected tasks are now displayed in the header bar.
Settings for push notifications
The settings for push notifications for exporting entries have been moved to Notification Manager. The administrators will see the two options for exporting contacts and opportunities.
Global Search – Search cases by case number
You can now use the Global Search to find Customer Service cases by their case number. There is no need to include the prefix when searching. For instance, if the case number is HQ-00031, simply enter "00031" to search.
UI/UX - Remove double-clicking to enable editing in the Details tab
Double-clicking to enable the edit mode in the Details tab (Address Book, Opportunities, and Customer Service) has been removed. We are now following the standard web behavior. Double-clicking will highlight the text.

You can now easily access Zapier from Maximizer's App Directory. You will be able to access and manage your workflows with a single click, saving time and eliminating unnecessary steps.

Sales Leader Edition
Revenue Targets for Teams
As part of the new Core product feature, users can now create Revenue Targets. We've incorporated this data model into Sales Intelligence, enabling users to track and monitor Revenue Targets for their Sales Teams.
Please note that this is a binary option. You can either enable Targets for Individuals or Teams, but not both simultaneously.
How to enable Revenue Targets for Teams?
By default, Targets for Individuals are enabled, and your Sales Intelligence dashboard will track and monitor this data:
To change the configuration:
Go to the Settings page and in the Targets menu, choose the Team option and click the Save button to confirm the configuration.
Then if you go back to the Sales Intelligence module, you will see that the dashboard for Individuals has been removed and the new dashboard will be based on the Teams data.
