Maximizer Cloud 2024.2 Release Notes
Update task dates in the Tasks module
If you have too many tasks in a day and want to reschedule some for a future date, you can now select multiple tasks and change their dates simultaneously. This allows you to focus on what can be accomplished in a day.
Select multiple tasks and you'll see the 'Modify Task Date' button in the action bar. Upon clicking this button, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to change the task dates to a specific date or move tasks a certain number of days/weeks/months forward or backward.
Please note that this pop-up does not allow you to change dates for recurring tasks or tasks from action plans. You must adjust the dates for these tasks individually.
App Directory x Zapier - new trigger
A new trigger is now available in Zapier that fires when an opportunity reaches a specific stage so that you can automate some further actions to progress on the opportunity.
Support case number when importing Customer Service cases
You can now import Customer Service cases using case numbers as identifiers. These can be used to locate existing cases and update their details. However, during import, you cannot create new cases with new case numbers. If your import file includes a case number that does not exist, the row will fail during import.
Be aware that even if you use case numbers as identifiers, you still need to map at least one company field for duplicate checking.
Outlook add-in for desktop
A necessary update is required for the desktop version of your Outlook add-in. Once you have upgraded to our latest version (2024.2), clicking any button in your Maximizer desktop Outlook add-in will prompt the upgrade.
If you do not have access to update the Outlook add-in, notify your Administrator to complete a company-wide update for the Outlook add-in. All Administrators will receive communication in advance to prepare for the Outlook add-in update.
Sales Leader Edition
Set revenue targets by sales teams
If your business does not require individual salesperson revenue targets but instead needs team targets, you can now switch between setting targets for individuals and teams.
A new screen has been introduced in the Settings module for Targets. The default setting is "by user". However, you can switch to "by teams".
In the Targets module, you will see targets for teams. You can create, edit, or delete targets for teams.
Move the Team column to the header to view the total targets for the team.
When creating a new target, you will select a team, instead of a user.
Please note that you can switch between setting targets for individual users or teams. However, only one type of target can be viewed at a time.
