Enhancements in Timeline tab
One line of email preview text added to Timeline for a quick glance of your most recent activities
In email threads; all emails usually have the same subject. This can make it difficult to find a specific email; as the user needs to expand every email to see their content. To make this process easier; one line of text from the message body is now displayed alongside the email subject without needing to expand the line item.
Personal Access Tokens
Personal Access Tokens provide a secure and convenient means of accessing Maximizer resources through the Maximizer API. By following the steps outlined in this documentation; you can easily create and manage your own PATs or those of other users: Personal Access Token | Developer Connect (maximizer.com)
Sales Leader Edition
Improvements in Activity Tracker
View details of Customer Service cases
Open the associated case and view its details in the pop-up. From the pop-up; you can also edit the case and perform actions against it so you can enhance your workflow and service your customers.
Timeline is available in the pop-up for entry details
Any Address Book entry or Opportunity pulled from the Activity Tracker now shows the Timeline in addition to the entry details. This tab allows you to review what has happened to the entry; and any notes and documents created for the entry so you can review the most recent activities related to that entry without leaving the module.
Opps Viewer enhancements
Adding more Leading Indicators for Sales Leaders in the Opps Viewer
When reviewing opportunities in the Opps Viewer; it's important for Sales Leaders to get notified of any issues related to the deals in the pipeline so they can better track and monitor their team and step in for a coachable moment. Alert icons will be displayed on the cards for opportunities that meet any of the following criteria:
- The opportunity has been in its stage for longer than the specified stage age.
- The opportunity close date has passed.
- There are no appointments or tasks scheduled for the opportunity in the next 7 days.
The Timeline tab is also available in Opps Viewer when you open an opportunity to keep your workflow tight and see the most recent activities to help you close deals faster.
Sales Intelligence updates
Dashboard Filters updated to maintain consistency of UI across all modules
No changes to the filters have been made; they're just now located at the top of the screen.
Widget enhancements to the dashboards
Sales Management
- Updated naming convention with all indicator titles.
- Sales Funnel improvements:
- Process filter set as default to one process; not all processes.
- Order Stages based on percentage to close; rather than alphabetical order.
- UI updated so stages and $ value of each stage appear in the funnel.
- Opportunities are properly ordered by Stage that belongs to the chosen Process.
- Sales Funnel improvements:
- Removed duplicated indicators.
- Lost Revenue by Product widget:
- A new pie chart for products and a table to see the correlation between data has been added.
- Map of Opportunities in Progress:
- Moved this map widget to the bottom of the screen to prevent a mouse scrolling issue.
Sales Forecasting
- Forecast History by product widget:
- Able to see opportunities history by months; not only the current year. This is possible by modifying the “Close Date” to be filtered by Time Range (This Quarter; Next Quarter; etc.).
- Also added “In Progress” state.
- Updated titles in widgets.
- Updated naming convention with all indicator titles.
Sales Overview
- Growth Revenue TYD vs Last Year widget:
- This widget has been renamed and now it is possible to track Year-over-Year Growth vs Previous Date.
- Before it was configured to always show data of the current year. Now; it is possible to visualize historic data by selecting specific dates in the Close Date filter.
- Pipeline created this fiscal year widget:
- This widget has been renamed.
- Sales compared to previous fiscal year widget:
- Before it was configured to always show data of the current year. Now; it is possible to visualize historic data by selecting specific dates in the Close Date filter.
- It has been renamed to Year-over-Year Growth Revenue.
- Updated naming convention with all indicator titles.
Sales Reps
- Open Opportunities widget:
- # of unique Identification has been changed to # of Active Opportunities.
- Average time to close an opportunity widget:
- Enabled to calculate rolling windows.
- Win vs Lost ratio widget:
- Enabled to calculate rolling windows.
- Updated naming convention with all indicator titles.
