You can uninstall the Zoom integration in one of two ways:
- Through Maximizer
- Through the Zoom Marketplace
In both cases, all saved credentials and authentication tokens associated with the integration will be removed after a successful uninstallation.
Please note that any CRM records previously created by the Zoom integration in Maximizer — such as interaction logs, documents, and notes — will remain in your Maximizer database and will not be deleted.
Important:
Uninstalling the integration through Maximizer disconnects the integration between your Maximizer and Zoom accounts. However, Zoom may still retain authorization for the Maximizer - Zoom Integration app within your Zoom account. To fully remove the app authorization from Zoom, uninstall or deauthorize the app through the Zoom Marketplace either instead of, or after, uninstalling it through Maximizer.

- Open the App Directory.
- Search for Zoom and select the app labelled Maximizer.
-
On the integration page, click Uninstall.
- Click Yes to confirm the uninstallation.

Uninstall via Zoom Marketplace
