Prerequisites & Limitations
Supported Environment: The integration is available for Maximizer CRM Live (Cloud) version 2025.7 and later.
Admin Access Required (Maximizer): Administrator rights in Maximizer are required to install and configure the integration.
Admin Access Required (Zoom): Administrator rights in Zoom are required to authorize and install the integration.

Recording Capture Requirements:
Zoom Pro or higher is required to capture meeting recordings and create call transcriptions in Maximizer.
If your organization is on a Zoom Basic plan, the integration will create call logs only (no recordings or transcriptions).

Meeting Attendee Matching:
To match call logs and recordings to contacts in Maximizer, all meeting attendees must be added to the meeting invite before the call begins.
Unmatched Attendees: If an attendee’s email does not exist in Maximizer as a Contact or Lead, no call log or transcript entry will be created for that person.
How it Works
If your meeting attendees were invited using the same email addresses stored in Maximizer – and the Zoom meeting was not recorded – Maximizer will still create a call log for each attendee who meets the matching criteria defined by your admin in the Integration Configuration.
Each matched attendee will receive a call log in their Timeline, including all available call details.
- If the meeting was recorded, each matched attendee will also have a link to the meeting recording and a transcription file in their Timeline in Maximizer. You can download the transcription file to review the full conversation.
