Prerequisites & Limitations
Supported Environment: The integration is available for Maximizer CRM Live (Cloud) users only.
Admin Access Required (Maximizer): You must have administrator rights in Maximizer to install and configure the integration.
Admin Access Required (Zoom): You must also have administrator rights in Zoom to authorize and install the integration.

Recording Capture Requirements:
Zoom Pro or higher is required to capture meeting recordings and create call transcriptions in Maximizer.
If your organization is on a Zoom Basic plan, the integration will create call logs only (no recordings or transcriptions).
Meeting Attendee Matching:
To match call logs and recordings to contacts in Maximizer, all meeting attendees must be added to the meeting invite before the call begins.
Install via Maximizer
- Log in to Maximizer with your admin user and go to the App Directory. Search for Zoom and select the one with the Maximizer tag.
2. On the integration page, click the Setup button.
3. In the opened dialog, log in to your Maximizer account with admin rights.
4. Then log in to your Zoom account with admin rights.
5. After logging in, allow the app by clicking the Allow button.
6. You will see the success message. The integration has been installed, and you can close the dialog.
7. After closing the dialog, click the Configuration button to open the configuration page and adjust the default integration settings.
8. On the Configuration page, select the settings that reflect your process and click the Save button.
After saving the configuration, you can close the page and continue with your work. All Zoom conversations conducted by users in your connected Zoom organization will now be captured in Maximizer, including call logs and, for Zoom Pro accounts, call transcriptions.
Install via Zoom Marketplace
- Log in to the Zoom Marketplace using a Zoom workspace administrator account.
- Search for Maximizer and open Maximizer - Zoom Integration.
- Click Approve.
- Select Approve for all users, then click Confirm.
- You'll see a message confirming the installation was successful.
