SMTP reporting is a paid service. Requests for SMTP-related data whether direct or indirect are not included in Standard Support. This article clarifies what qualifies as SMTP reporting, what is excluded from Standard Support
This policy applies when customers request SMTP-derived information such as asking only for summary metrics for example, the number of bounced emails.

What Is SMTP Reporting?
SMTP reporting refers to generating, accessing, or interpreting information derived from SMTP logs, including (but not limited to):
- Bounce reports
- Delivery summaries
- Message disposition reports
Excluded from Standard Support
The following activities are outside the scope of Standard Support and are considered billable services:
- Generating SMTP reports of any type (including bounce reports, delivery summaries, or message disposition reports)
- Providing bounce-count totals, metrics, or statistics derived from SMTP logs
- Interpreting or analyzing SMTP report data
- Providing partial, indirect, or extrapolated SMTP-related information (for example, “number of bounced emails”) when that information requires generating or accessing SMTP reports
These exclusions apply regardless of how the request is framed by the customer.
