In Maximizer CRM live; if you delete information and wish to have it retrieved or restored, there are two options:

Database Rollback
We can roll your database back to a previous backup point; up to 7 days prior to today. Once the database rollback is complete; all Maximizer database activities (ie. Deletions; Additions; Modifications) beyond the restore point will be lost.

Specific/Partial restoration
We can restore specific deleted entries back into your current database. The source of the restored entries are from backups of your database. As with the Database Rollback option; the earliest backups are 7 days prior to today. Since this is a restoration only of specific entries; your database activities are preserved and you can work within Maximizer while the restoration is taking place.

Specific/Partial restoration

Deleted Companies, Households, Contacts:
We can restore deleted records, such as companies, households, individuals and contacts. This also includes its notes, detail field updates, customer service cases or client service plans, and opportunity or account records.
What you need to provide:
- The name (ie. last name, first name, company name, household name, etc.) of deleted record.
- The date and time the record was deleted.

Your time zone. Ideally, identify the time difference to GMT (eg. GMT -0400 for Eastern Daylight Time; GMT -0500 for Eastern Standard Time)
Deleted Hotlist tasks and Appointments:
We can restore either a specifc appointment or task, or restore a set of appointments/tasks.
What you need to provide:
- The date and time the appointment/task was deleted.
- Your time zone. Ideally, identify the time difference to GMT (eg. GMT -0400 for Eastern Daylight Time; GMT -0500 for Eastern Standard Time)
- The date and time of the apppointment/task itself.
- Any other unique way to identify the deleted appointment/task (eg. a portion of the description or subject to narrow down the list).
Deleted Customer Service or Client Service:
We can restore individual customer service cases or client service plans. Ths will also restore its notes, fields and documents/files.
What you need to provide:
- The date and time the record was deleted.
- Your time zone. Ideally, identify the time difference to GMT (eg. GMT -0400 for Eastern Daylight Time; GMT -0500 for Eastern Standard Time)
- Any unique way to identify the deleted record (eg. Case or Plan ID, Subject, Description, etc.)
Deleted Opportunity or Account:
We can restore individual opportunity or account records. This will also restore its notes, fields and documents/files.
IMPORTANT: After the deleted opportunity or account record is restored, please verify or update the Process and Stage values as appropriate. |
What you need to provide:
- The date and time the record was deleted.
- Your time zone. Ideally, identify the time difference to GMT (eg. GMT -0400 for Eastern Daylight Time; GMT -0500 for Eastern Standard Time)
- Any unique way to identify the deleted record (eg. Objective, Description, etc.)
