Microsoft Outlook Sync Integration Installation

Installation

1. Navigate to the App Directory in Maximizer and select the Microsoft Outlook Sync card.  
2. On the Microsoft Outlook Sync page click the Get it now button to enable the integration and start the process of connecting your accounts.
3. A new screen will appear, requesting your Maximizer credentials. Please enter the credentials that you use daily to access Maximizer.
   
4. Once validated with Maximizer, you'll be prompted to connect to your Microsoft account.
   Note: The connection process may differ depending on your organization's security protocols. For example, you might need to complete a two-factor authentication step using Microsoft Authenticator.

   Additionally, enabling the integration may require admin permissions based on your organization’s Microsoft policy configuration. Please note that Outlook Sync integration operates exclusively with delegated permissions.
   

5. Once connected, a Configuration page will appear:
6. Select the desired tab and enable the sync by toggling the setting on. 
   1. Email Sync:
      
   2. Contact Sync:
      
      
   3. Calendar Sync:
      
      
   4. Task Sync:
      
      
7. Click the Save Changes button to apply the configuration.

*To monitor the status of your sync, access synchronization details, and manage synchronization settings, click the Configure button on the Microsoft Outlook Sync page in the App Directory.
