To modify or create an Account Process and Stages via Settings:
- Go to Administration > Settings.
- Expand Accounts > Process and Stages.
- Select Add Process.
- Provide a name for this new Accounts Process and select Save.
- Next; define the stages within this new process by selecting Edit Stages.
2., Click Add Stage:
- Set up the account stages you wish to have.
- Once finished creating the stages, click Back.
- To Modify a Stage Name, select the process and expand the process and stages and click Edit Stages:
Click Edit:
Edit the name of the stage and click Save:
