Create a note in a Lead; Opportunity or Address Book Entry.

When the keyboard pops up or you select the main body of the note ( Note Text); select the microphone button on your display.

Speak to record your note.

When finished select the X in the recording screen; so that you can review or complete any corrections that may be required.

Select Save to complete this note.
