Today's Business
Once you log into the Maximizer mobile App, you will reach the Today's Business Page. It is broken down into the following sections:
- Calendar
- Alerts
- Appointments
- Tasks
- Recent Entries
- Search Catalog
- Favorite List
Calendar
Displays the date you are on and allows you to change the date for the activities you are seeing by touching the desired date displayed.
Touching the Calendar icon allows for the selection of another week or month and change of calendar view .
Touch the month and year to change to a different month. Touching the ellipsis will display the options to change the calendar view.
Alerts
Opportunity Alerts are displayed in this section and can configured by touching the settings icon, selecting the sales process and toggling the desired conditions.
Appointments
Displays any appointments you have scheduled for the day. Add a new appointment by touching the Add button.
Touch an appointment to open the appointment window to make updates, mark as complete or generate a recap and follow up.
Tasks
Displays the tasks that are due that day. A new task can be added by touching the Add button.
Touch an existing task to modify it or mark as complete.
Recent Entries
Shows any entry you recently made changes to. Touching the name of the entry opens the record so that you can manage your records from the mobile app.
Search Catalog
Allows you to retrieve any saved search that you have access to. You can only retrieve saved searches from here.
Favorite List
Any Favorite List created in the web version of Maximizer will be accessible at the bottom of the Today's Business page. Touch the desired list name to be brought to the entries that belong to the Favorite List.
