The advanced search feature offers the ability to execute complex queries to find leads. You can construct these queries using default fields and user-defined fields of specific types, such as alphanumeric, numeric, table, and date. This advanced capability also allows you to specify additional criteria to refine and narrow down your search results effectively.
Performing an Advanced Search in Leads
- In the Leads main screen. In the top-right corner, click the hamburger menu and select Advanced Search.
- The Search for leads pane appears. Select the fields in the search query by clicking +ADD FIELDS.
- On the Select Fields window; select as many fields as necessary, and click OK.
- For each field that you selected, select a search filter. For example; for the “Company” field from the available filters, the filter “Exactly matches” is selected.
- If choosing multiple fields, you can select Match all or Match one or more from the search results.
- Match all will create a search query using the AND operator.
- To have the search results contain at least one of the selected fields; select Match one or more. This will create a search query using the OR operator.
- Click SEARCH. The search results are displayed on the Leads page.
- To export the search results; go to the hamburger menu; and click Export. The search results are exported in the EXCEL format.
