The Leads module was designed to enable the tracking and conversions of leads or prospects, resulting in organized separation between Leads and Customers.

User Access Rights
Before using the leads module, ensure the adequate access levels have been granted to users wishing to use the Leads module. By default permissions for Read, Insert and Modify are granted. Delete access is not given by default. These access levels can be organized by administrators based on the roles and functions of their users.
Viewing Entries in the Leads Module Main Screen
The Leads module features an interface design which doesn’t have the following tabs. By default, the leads are sorted by creation date.
Change Leads Ownership View
The following options are available:
- My leads – The leads where you have been assigned as the owner.
- All leads – All leads regardless of whether they have an owner assigned or not. This allows the manager to monitor the leads that the whole team is working on.
- Unassigned leads – These leads haven’t been assigned to any user. This allows managers to find out which leads need to be assigned to sales reps.
- You can also select a user to view the leads assigned to that user.
Creation Date and Status / Stage Filters
To the right of Lead's Owner pull down menu, you can expand to see filters for Creation Date and Status / Stage.
Click the button to display the filters:
Sort Leads by Creation Date
Use this pull down to choose the creation date for the Leads. You can also create a custom date range.
Options include:
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Week
- This Month
- This Quarter
- This Year
- All Dates
- Custom Date
Sort Leads by Status / Stage
Click the Status / Stage pull down to select the Status and Stages within your Leads Process.
