Overview
Maximizer's Integration with Microsoft Outlook 365 lets you track communications, convert emails into opportunities, and optimize your workflow by creating tasks, notes, and saving emails—all without switching from Outlook. Keep everything organized and manage work directly from your inbox. This is an add-in designed to connect your Maximizer cloud account with your Outlook on Microsoft Office 365 account, giving you access to your Maximizer Address Book from within Outlook.

Maximizer's integration for Microsoft Outlook offers the following key features:
- Create contacts, leads or companies in Maximizer directly from Outlook email messages
- Save email messages to corresponding Maximizer Address Book entries
- Create tasks in Maximizer without leaving Outlook
- Generate appointments; call interactions and notes in Maximizer based on Outlook emails
- Create opportunities in Maximizer directly from Outlook email messages
- Create personal tasks based on the emails
- Search for and add Maximizer Address Book entries as recipients of outgoing emails in Outlook
- Access current information of upcoming activities within Outlook
- View a timeline of historical events for contacts and Leads in Outlook
- Retrieve up-to-date details on your customers and prospects directly in Outlook
- See opportunity totals for active and won deals related to contacts within Outlook
Prerequisites
- You should be a Maximizer Cloud client. *The integration is not available for On-premise customers.
- You should be on Maximizer version M9 2024 or higher.
- You should have a Microsoft Outlook 365 account.
Supported Account Types

Outlook Web application AND New Outlook desktop app on Windows:
- Only Microsoft 365/Exchange Online Accounts can access the Maximizer AI CRM app for Outlook.
- Note: On-premise Exchange accounts (using Exchange Server 2016, 2019, or later) can also work with the Maximizer app, provided that the necessary protocols (such as MAPI, EWS, or OAuth) are enabled for integration.
- Only Microsoft 365/Exchange Online Accounts can access the Maximizer AI CRM app for Outlook.

- Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Outlook.com, Google, iCloud, Yahoo, IMAP and POP accounts are supported.
