Direct Installation Link: Microsoft AppSource – Maximizer CRM for OutlookSystem requirements
In order to use Maximizer's Integration for Microsoft Outlook, you need to have the following:
- Microsoft Outlook 365 account
- Maximizer CRM Cloud account
You can use the Maximizer add-in in the Microsoft Outlook 365 web app or in Microsoft Outlook 2016 and above desktop versions. In the Outlook desktop version, you need to connect to your Microsoft Outlook 365 account.
Installation from the Microsoft Outlook app
You can install the Maximizer CRM app for Outlook from your Outlook 365 interface.
Click on the Apps icon in the left sidebar or in the top right corner of the email editor to open the Apps for Outlook interface.
In the search field, search for Maximizer and select the Maximizer CRM for Outlook once it pops up.
Finally, click the “Add” button, and you are all good to go – Maximizer CRM app for Outlook is now available for usage in your Outlook app.
- If you haven't enabled the Outlook Sync capability yet, you will see the Enable sync capabilities option in the Menu Dropdown of your Maximizer CRM for Outlook app.
- Clicking on this option allows you to quickly install the Outlook Sync and select the Outlook data types you would like to be captured in Maximizer, including emails, calendar events, contacts, and tasks.
- Upon completion of the first sync run, you will be able to track your Sync Status and adjust your sync preferences from the same Maximizer CRM for Outlook app menu.
