Add a Gmail Contact to the Maximizer Address Book
Using the Google Workspace Add-on; you can add your Gmail contacts to your Maximizer Address Book as contacts; individuals; or companies. This way; you do not need to create Address Book entries manually; the Google Workspace Add-on automatically creates Address Book entries for you.
To add a Gmail contact:
- Open your Gmail account.
- Open the email from which you want to save details of the senders or receivers.

Click the Maximizer icon in the right pane to open the MAXIMIZERCRM Add-on dialog box. The sender and receiver email addresses appear under the Add New Contacts to Maximizer CRM list.
- Click REFRESH if you do not see the email address of your interest.
- Click ADD next to the email address that you want to add to MAXIMIZERCRM.
Note: If you have not opened an email; the Maximizer Add-on dialog box displays a message indicating that you must either open an email or choose an action from the menu.

Add the Gmail contact as a MAXIMIZERCRM Contact:
- Click CONTINUE next to New Maximizer Contact.
- Provide the following:
- To create a new contact; click CREATE CONTACT.
Field | Description |
First Name | The first name of the Gmail contact that will be added as a new contact to Maximizer CRM. |
Last Name | The last name of the Gmail contact that will be added as a new contact to Maximizer CRM. |
Search Company/Individual | An entry to search for an existing Maximizer company or individual. |
Phone Information |
The main phone number; fax number; and the cell number of the contact.

Email Information | The email address that can be associated with this contact. Email 1 is populated with the email address you selected in step 5. Provide Email 2 and Email 3. |

To create a new contact and save the associated email under the History tab of the contact; click CREATE CONTACT & SAVE EMAIL.

Add the Gmail contact as a MAXIMIZERCRM Individual:
- Click CONTINUE next to New Maximizer Individual.
- Provide the following:
- To create a new individual; click CREATE INDIVIDUAL.
Field | Description |
First Name | The first name of the Gmail individual that will be added as a new contact to Maximizer CRM. |
Last Name | The last name of the Gmail individual that will be added as a new contact to Maximizer CRM. |
Company Name |
An existing Maximizer company with which this individual will be associated.

Phone Information |
The main phone number; fax number; and the cell number of the contact.

Email Information | The email address that can be associated with this individual. Email 1 is populated with the email address you selected in step 5. Provide Email 2 and Email 3. |

To create a new individual and save the associated email under the History tab of the individual; click CREATE INDIVIDUAL & SAVE EMAIL.

Add the Gmail contact as a new company:
- Click CONTINUE next to New Maximizer Company.
- Provide the following:
- To create a new company; click CREATE COMPANY.

Add the Gmail contact as a new company and contact:
- Click CONTINUE next to New Maximizer Company & Contact.
- Provide the following:

- To create a new company and an associated new contact; click CREATE COMPANY & CONTACT.
