Build relationships with your clients by sending them monthly newsletters.
- Create a SendGrid contact list for newsletters.
- Create a Single Send and link it to the contact list.
- Find opted-in contacts in Maximizer.
- Add these contacts to the SendGrid contact list for newsletter.
- Schedule a date and time to send email.
You want to send a series of emails to prospects to educate them about the product or service offerings, address potential objections, and provide case studies or testimonials, which can help in building credibility and trust.
- Create a blank SendGrid contact list.
- Set up an automation with nurturing emails (e.g., five weekly emails covering product information, case studies, and solutions to customer pain points). Link the automation with the contact list.
- Add new leads to the contact list as they arrive.
- Monitor email engagement in Timeline and follow up with leads who open emails.
You can search entries in Maximizer based on their engagement using the search entries by interaction function. For example, you want to find all contacts who have opened emails from the automation “Lead Nurturing”. Go to Search > Interactions. In the search dialog, select searching by Contents and enter “Email opened Automation: Lead Nurturing”. Perform the search and retrieve entries who have opened emails in the automation.
