Installation
- You can install the Maximizer CRM extension for your Teams app directly from Microsoft’s AppSource. Open the https://appsource.microsoft.com/ and search for Maximizer CRM for Teams.

- Then, click on the Add button to install the app.
- Before you can start using the extension, you need to connect your Maximizer account. To do so, open any Teams message and select the small “+” icon below the box where you normally type a message. This will expand the list of your installed apps. Select Maximizer CRM.
- In the opened extension interface, click Sign In.
- An authentication screen will pop up. First, select the authentication type. Select Maximizer Cloud if you are a cloud user.
- Enter your Cloud User Credentials.
- You may also be prompted to verify your Microsoft account, depending on your organization's Microsoft configuration.
Once validated, you'll be all set to use the extension.
