Maximizer Microsoft Teams Messaging Installation for Maximizer Cloud Users

    Installing the app

    1. You can install the Maximizer CRM extension for your Teams app directly from Microsoft’s AppSource. Open the https://appsource.microsoft.com/ and search for Maximizer CRM for Teams.TeamsMsg1.png

    2. Then, click on the Add button to install the app.TeamsMsg3.png
    3. Before you can start using the extension, you need to connect your Maximizer account. To do so, open any Teams message and select the small “+” icon below the box where you normally type a message. This will expand the list of your installed apps. Select Maximizer CRM.TeamsMsg4.png
    4. In the opened extension interface, click Sign In.TeamsMsg5.png
    5. An authentication screen will pop up. First, select the authentication type. Select Maximizer Cloud if you are a cloud user.

    6. Enter your Cloud User Credentials.

    7. You may also be prompted to verify your Microsoft account, depending on your organization's Microsoft configuration.

    Once validated, you'll be all set to use the extension.

     

    Uninstalling the App

    If you need to remove the Maximizer CRM extension from Microsoft Teams, you can do so using either of the following methods:

    From the Apps menu:

    1. Open Microsoft Teams and select Apps in the left-side menu.
    2. Select Manage your apps to see a list of installed apps.
    3. Find Maximizer CRM in the list and click the "..." (more options) icon next to it.
    4. Select Uninstall, then confirm the removal when prompted.

    From a chat or channel:

    1. Open a conversation where the Maximizer CRM app is available.
    2. Click the "..." icon next to the app icon below the message box.
    3. Select Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled, the app will no longer appear in your Teams sidebar or app list. If you decide to use it again later, you can reinstall it by following the installation steps above.
