Zapier - How To Select Table UDF Items By Display Values

Use these steps to select Table User-Defined Field (UDF) items by their display values in a Zap. You'll use Formatter by Zapier to prepare the value before passing it to Maximizer.

1. In your Zap, add a new action step and select Formatter by Zapier.

   

2. Set the Action event to Text.

   

3. Configure the action:

   • Transform: Select Replace.
   • Input: Enter DisplayValue: followed by the value you want to select, for example DisplayValue:{pick the value}.
   • Find: Enter a comma (,).
   • Replace: Enter %2C.

   

4. Use the output from this step in the later steps of your Zap.
