- In Maximizer server go to Maximizer Windows Access Administrator, select “File > Open Address Book”.
- Hi-lite Address Book and click the “Remove” button.
- Click the “Close” button.
- Select “File > New Address Book”.
- Click the “Next” button.
- Enter the password for “SA” and click “OK”.
- Select the radio button next to “Employ an existing Maximizer database”, select your Maximizer database (in this case “Central”) from the “Database name” drop-down, then click “Next”.
- Click “Start”.
- Click “Close”.
- At this point the password for MASTER will be set to “CONTROL” (*all caps).
- Select “File > Open Address Book”.
- Select your Address Book (in this case “Central”), then click “Open”.
- Enter the User ID “MASTER”, and the password “CONTROL” (*all caps), then click “OK”.
- Select “File > Exit”.
- Go to a web browser, enter your Maximizer Web Access URL, and login as MASTER - Enter “MASTER” for the username and “CONTROL” for the password, then click “Login”.
- At this point you will be prompted to enter a new password for MASTER.
- Note: The final step will be gone, log into Web Access Administrator, and set the passwords for each user as they will no be able to login until you do.
