1. From Maximizer CRM Live; in the left pane; select Administration.

1. Next; select Administrator.

Enter the Maximizer Web Access Administrator URL in a web browser:

The URL is in the form: [server]/MaximizerAdministrator

1. Select an Address Book.
2. Enter the User ID and password of an administrator; and click Log In.

 To open an Address Book

1. In the left pane; under Database Management; select Open Address Book.
2. From the Address Book drop-down list; select an Address Book.
3. Enter the User ID and password of an administrator; and click Log In.
