Zapier is built into Maximizer Cloud, so there is nothing to install or enable in Maximizer. Follow the steps below to connect your Maximizer account to Zapier, then start automating with a ready-made Zap template.
Before You Begin
- A Zapier account. You can start with a free Zapier account.
- Your Maximizer Cloud login, or a Maximizer Personal Access Token (see Create a Personal Access Token).
Connect Maximizer to Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account.
-
In the left sidebar, click Apps to open the App Connections page.
-
Click + Add connection in the upper-right corner, then search for and select Maximizer CRM.
-
A new window opens and asks you to connect your Maximizer account.
-
Choose how to authenticate:
-
Maximizer Cloud login: Select Maximizer Cloud, enter the email address for your Maximizer account, select the database you want to connect, enter your password, and click Log In.
Personal Access Token: Enter a Maximizer Personal Access Token instead of your login.
-
-
Confirm the connection: on the App Connections page, open Maximizer CRM and check that your account appears under My connections.
Create a Personal Access Token
Use a Personal Access Token if you prefer not to connect Zapier with your Maximizer login.
Log in to Maximizer.
-
Click your profile photo in the upper-right corner and select Personal Access Token.
Click Add Token, enter a descriptive name (for example, Zapier), and set an expiration date.
Click Save, then copy the token right away. It is shown only once.
For more details, see Personal Access Tokens in the Maximizer developer documentation.
Start with a Zap Template
The fastest way to get started is with a ready-made Zap template. Click Use this workflow on any template below to set it up in Zapier.
Using Outlook Sync? Don't use a Zap to sync Calendly (or a similar scheduling tool) events into Maximizer. Outlook Sync already brings those appointments into Maximizer, and a Zap would create duplicates. For details, see Zapier Introduction.
Find more templates on Maximizer CRM's page on the Zapier website, or build your own Zap from scratch in the Zap editor. No coding is required.
