In Outlook, clicking the View Contact in Maximizer button displays an error message.
It's likely that the Outlook for Desktop integration was not configured to read contacts from Maximizer. Here is how to set that up:
- In Outlook, click Address Book.
- Select Tools > Options.

In the Options dialog, select the drop-down field and look for Outlook Address Book, select Contacts.
- Click OK to save changes.
You should now be able to use the View Contact in Maximizer button to search for Address Book or Contact List entries in Maximizer from Outlook
