If you are moving from an on-premise or older version of Maximizer to Maximizer on the Cloud, there are a few things you need to look for before you install the Outlook Integration for Desktop for Maximizer Cloud accounts :
- Is my Outlook currently integrated with my old Maximizer?
- What version of Outlook I am using?
* Requires Outlook 2010 or Higher - Do I require Admin logins to do any install/uninstall?
If your Outlook is currently integrated with your old Maximizer instance, you must uninstall it first before integrating it with your new Maximizer Cloud account. The uninstallation is also be required if you are moving computers.
To uninstall the Old Integration
- Access Control Panel on your computer.
- Locate Uninstall a Program.
- Locate either Maximizer CRM Web Access Microsoft Outlook Integration or Outlook Integration for Maximizer CRM.
- Click Uninstall.
