What are Files?
In Maximizer, Files are documents created in other applications. In the Financial Services Edition of Maximizer, Documents are called Files.
You can attach files to Contact List entries, Client Service cases, Campaigns, and Accounts. You can also add hyperlinks to files stored in other online applications.
Files stored with the entries can be accessed at any time.
When adding a file to an entry in Maximizer, you no longer need to click on the Add File button to either drag and drop or browse your desktop. You can now go directly on the Files tab and Drag and Drop the desired files on to the screen:
Maximum number of files that can be uploaded at the same time is 10. Pictures cannot exceed 5 MB and the total upload size cannot exceed 50 MB.
