Uninstalling Outlook Integration
This article explains how to perform a thorough uninstall of Outlook Integration from your workstation.
- In Windows; click the Start menu and select Settings.
- In the Settings window; select Apps.
- Select Apps & Features.
- In the Search this list field; type "maximizer" (without quotes).
- Select Maximizer CRM Web Access Microsoft Outlook Integration and click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to uninstall Outlook Integration.
After the uninstall is complete; you will need to remove its settings from the Registry:

- In your Start menu; search for "regedit".
- Open the Registry Editor.
- Browse to HKEY_CURERNT_USER\SOFTWARE\Maximizer Software\Maximizer\Modules\MaThinOutlookAddin
- Right-click the folder MaThinOutlookAddin and select Delete.
- Close the Registry Editor.
At this point; the Outlook Integration add-in is completely removed from your workstation.
