You can view a list of the email addresses that you are tracking with the Maximizer Outlook integration. If you no longer need to save the messages sent to or received from a tracked email address in Maximizer; you can stop tracking the email address.

1. In Outlook; on the Maximizer tab; select View Tracking List. The Email Tracking List dialog opens showing a list of the email addresses being tracked.
2. Select the checkbox next to each of the email addresses that you want to stop tracking.
   
   
3. Click Remove to stop tracking the selected addresses and remove them from the list.
