For the Maximizer Outlook Integration tool to synchronize appointments and tasks
without duplicates or disappearing entries; you must synchronize from one machine;
one Outlook mail profile.
To troubleshoot Outlook Integration synchronization issues; like duplicates or
disappearing appointments/tasks; please provide the following from your computer
to the CX rep troubleshooting your issue:
Outlook Mail Profile
In Control Panel:
Double-click Mail.
Click Show Profiles.
Make a note of the name of the mail profile you are currently using.
Computer Name
On your computer; right-click your Windows Start menu and select System.
Make a note of what is listed for Device Name.
