Manually synchronizing with Microsoft OutlookWhile configuring Outlook synchronization; if you selected Never (manual synchronization) while setting the synchronization frequency; you must initiate synchronization manually. Manual synchronization between Maximizer Address Book entries and Microsoft Outlook can be performed at any time.
This procedure is written for Microsoft Outlook 2010. The steps may differ slightly in earlier versions of Outlook.
In Outlook; on the Maximizer tab; select Sync with Maximizer.
