| This Add-on will be available in MAXIMIZER CRM Cloud only. Users who have already installed the Maximizer CRM Gmail integration can skip the installation step and go to the set up of Google Calendar directly.

Before proceeding, be sure you have following information ready:
- Username and password of the Google account for Google Calendar and Gmail.
- Username and password for your MAXIMIZER CRM account.

Email address associated with your MAXIMIZER CRM account. To obtain this email, click the user profile icon in the top-right corner of Maximizer Web Access. The email will be available as follows:
Procedure
- Log on to MAXIMIZER CRM.

Go to App Directory Google Workspace Get it Now.
- Click Install in the Google Workspace Marketplace. If you do not have a Google account, you will be directed to the Google sign in page.
- Enter your Gmail account and password and click Install, and then CONTINUE.
- Click Allow to allow Maximizer CRM access to your account.
- Click DONE to finish the installation.
