The Google Workspace Integration allows you to quickly integrate your Google calendar, as well your Gmail account with your Maximizer CRM account. The Integration enables synchronization of Google Calendar events, as well as Gmail messages with your Maximizer account. This translates to simplified management of events and appointments, as well as interactions with your contacts.
The Google Calendar integration component of the Google Workspace Integration has the following capabilities:
- Events from your Google calendar are added to your Maximizer accounts as appointments
- Google accounts are linked to Maximizer users
- Up to 5 Google calendars can be synchronized to a single account
- Synchronization preferences can be customized using the Integration
- Failed synchronization events are displayed along with error codes and messages
The Gmail integration component of the Google Workspace Integration has the following capabilities:
- Gmail messages can be saved to Address Book entries or Leads.
- Gmail messages can be saved to Opportunities or Customer Service records that are associated with Maximizer contacts (company or individual).
- The following types of records can be created and updated from the Integration: Address Book entries, Opportunities, Leads, and Customer Service records.
- Records from Address Book entries, Opportunities, Leads, and Customer Service records can be searched from the Maximizer CRM App available in Gmail accounts.
