The Customer Service Module in Maximizer helps support and enhance your existing customer service business process. You can create a customer service case for every service instance you provide to your customers.
Assign, monitor and escalate cases based on your support process.
Easily schedule follow up appointments, assign tasks, categorize, prioritize and store all communications related to the case in one location.
Capture additional information on custom fields and access these fields readily from the Details tab of the case.
Using the Customer Service module will propel your business forward by ensuring that your team is on top of their to dos, deliver service in a timely manner and that issues are escalated accordingly.
Access the Customer Service Module from the left side menu of your Maximizer Icon bar:
Click on a Customer Service case to view information previewed in the Details tab.
Add your custom fields to your preferred list to access and edit this data easily:
