- In the Leads module; click the lead's name or company name.
- Select Convert.
If the lead had previously been linked to an address book entry; Maximizer will auto select by default;“ Choose an existing entry”. Entries such as Company name; First and Last name; will be auto-filled; and will be read-only.
If the Lead had not previously been linked to an address book entry; Maximizer selects Create New by default.
If a new opportunity has been created for an existing address book entry; Deselect “Do not create an opportunity”; and submit the relevant opportunity related information in the fields provided.
Once a lead has been converted to a customer; Converted will display.
