Adjust Appointment Attendee Response drop-down

Under normal circumstances; Maximizer appointments with attendees or meetings with attendees will allow each attendee to select their response: 

If you do not wish to allow attendees to respond to meetings; you need to adjust their calendar preferences:

Under the Access to Calendar section; set the Full access field to None.

To adjust the calendar preferences for multiple users:

1. Log in to Maximizer as MASTER (or a user with administrative rights).
2. Select Administration Administrator.
3. Select Users.
4. Highlight a user.
5. Click Preferences.
6. Select the Calendar/Hotlist tab.
7. Under the Access to Calendar section; set the Full access field to None.
8. Click Save to save your changes.

Have the user log out and log back in to have those changes take effect.
