Connect your WhatsApp and Maximizer accounts via the TimelinesAI and ensure important customer conversations and carefully captured in your CRM. This powerful sync automatically logs your customer interactions in WhatsApp under the relevant Address Book or Lead record in Maximizer, keeping your communication history complete and centralized. Attachments shared through WhatsApp are stored as documents in your CRM, with clear source labelling for easy reference. By bridging WhatsApp and Maximizer, your team gains visibility into every conversation — all without manual data entry.

- Real-Time Conversation Sync WhatsApp messages from TimelinesAI are automatically logged as interactions in Maximizer under the relevant Contact or Lead, giving your team a complete, up-to-date view of customer communication.
- Smart Contact Matching Contacts are matched by phone number, with name verification for duplicates. If no match is found, a new Lead is created—ensuring no interaction is missed.

Prerequisites
- You should be a Maximizer Cloud client (Base, SLE, FS editions).
- You should have a TimelinesAI account. You can start with a free account.
- Only Maximizer admins can enable the integration for the database.
- You must have access to a verified WhatsApp number connected to your TimelinesAI account.
- To connect a different TimelinesAI account during setup, log out of your current TimelinesAI session or use a private/incognito browser window.
Installation
Only Maximizer users with admin rights can install the integration.
- Open the App Directory in Maximizer and select the WhatsApp (via TimelinesAI) card.
- On the WhatsApp (via TimelinesAI) page click the Get It Now button to enable the integration for the database.
- A new screen will appear, requesting your Maximizer credentials. Please enter the credentials that you use daily to access Maximizer.
- If you're already logged in, the integration will automatically use that session.
- Set up the TimelinesAI API key and Webhook URL in the TimelinesAI account.
- To set up the API key, copy the Timeline API (Token) from your TimelinesAI account and paste it into the Timeline API Key field in the Maximizer integration settings.
- To set up the Webhook URL, copy the Webhook URL from the integration set-up page and paste it in the Endpoint URL field of the Add Endpoint pop-up
- Select the message:new option from the Event Type dropdown list and click on the Add Endpoint button to set up the Webhook URL.
- Send and receive messages in your WhatsApp account to complete the setup. Make sure the messages appear in Maximizer under interaction records.
- Open the TimelinesAI setup page and click on the OK button to finalize the setup and wait a few seconds for synchronization.
- Once the setup is completed, you'll see a confirmation of successful installation in the App Directory.
From now on, your selected WhatsApp chats are seamlessly synced to Maximizer—ensuring no important customer conversation is ever lost.
