For subscriptions under $5,000 per billing cycle, customers must use Credit Card or ACH Direct Debit as their payment method. You can update your payment method directly through the Billing Portal. Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your Billing Account: [YourCompany’s Billing Portal URL]
2️⃣ Navigate to Billing Details
3️⃣ Select “Update Payment Method”.
4️⃣ Enter your new payment details and save changes.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- ACH Payments (Bank Transfers): Available for eligible customers.
For ACH Payments:
Customers must contact support to set up ACH payments. ACH is not available for self-service through the billing portal.
