Prerequisites
- You should be a Maximizer Cloud user.
- You should have a Microsoft Teams account.
- Users can install the integration only after the company admin, with administrative privileges in both Maximizer and MS Teams, enables the integration for the entire tenant.
- Your Microsoft Teams subscription should include access to the "Teams" functionality to enable the integration for connecting Maximizer opportunities and cases to MS Teams channel or chat.
- The Maximizer user's email address must match exactly with the email address of the corresponding Microsoft Teams user being connected via integration.
To create new teams and channel within MS Teams through integration, it is necessary to possess the appropriate permissions within your MS Teams environment.
