When using Maximizer to send email messages to Address Book entries, you can save copies of the messages as Documents with the associated Address Book entries; Opportunities; and Customer Service cases. You can open and view these email messages from Maximizer. You can also reply, forward, and print email messages.
- In the Address Book, Opportunities, or Customer Service page, select the entry where the email message is saved.
- In the following pane, select the Interactions tab.
- Click on the email message you want to view.
The email message opens in the View Email dialog box.
You can use the icons at the top of the dialog box to reply; forward; or print the email message.
