It is possible to Add a contact entry for existing companies and individuals in the Address Book module.
You can add a Contact from the main list in the Address Book page or, from the Contacts tab in the following pane.
1. On the Address Book page; click on the Company or Individual to make it the current entry.
2. On Address Book Select + New entry and New Contact.

In the following pane; select the Contacts tab; and select the Add a Contact icon, it also works if you are under Opportunities, Customer Service, and Hotlist modules.
These options apply only to the current selected entry.
1. Enter the necessary information regarding the new contact (mandatory fields will be in red).
- In the following pane; the Details tab displays fields for the new Contact. Some fields are auto-populated with values from the Company or Individual entry.
- If you modify the main address, you are prompted to change the current mailing address to the Company/Individual. If you do not want to do it you can + Add a new address, by doing it you create a new address, and it becomes available to the other Contacts associated with the Company or Individual. You can later select it as the current address for other associated Contacts.
2. Click Save to save the entry.
