You can select the events that will result in the Date Last Contacted field of the Address Book entries to be automatically updated.
To set the events
- Go to Preferences Address Book.
- Click Date Last Contacted Automatic Update.
- Click Modify Options.
- Click the check box next to one or more of the following options:
- An appointment is completed
- A task is completed
- An email is sent from Maximizer CRM
- A call is made or received; or an interaction is manually logged in Maximizer CRM
- An email is sent from Outlook (only applicable if the Maximizer Outlook add-in is tracking the email address)
- An email campaign is sent
- A manual note is created
- Save your changes.
