You can view a list of the email addresses that you are tracking with the Maximizer Outlook integration. If you no longer need to save the messages sent to or received from a tracked email address in Maximizer, you can stop tracking the email address.

- In Outlook, on the Maximizer tab, select View Tracking List. The Email Tracking List dialog opens showing a list of the email addresses being tracked.
- Select the checkbox next to each of the email addresses that you want to stop tracking.
- Click Remove to stop tracking the selected addresses and remove them from the list.
