You can retrieve the Contacts associated with Companies and Individuals to add the entries to the current list in the Address Book page.
You can retrieve the Contacts associated with a single Address Book entry; or you can select multiple Address Book entries to retrieve all Contacts associated with all selected entries at once.
- Click on the Company; Individual; or Contact to make it the current entry.

Select multiple Address Book entries.
- Click the checkbox to the left of entries.
- Select Search Retrieve Contacts.
– or –
Right-click and select Retrieve Contacts.
